Closed water bottles only; no other food or drink permitted in the shopping areas of the building.
Electronic scanners are permitted, but books may not be scooped up and removed from tables for scanning.
No books may be left unattended around the sales tables or sales floor. Any books left unattended will be picked up and restocked. This includes books under coverings as well as in boxes or bags. Boxes and bags MUST be in your immediate possession.
Books with "autographed by" book marks have not had signatures authenticated.
No pets are allowed. Only service animals are permitted. This does not include emotional support pets.
Opening Night Policies:
Beginning at noon on the day of Opening Night, numbered cards will be distributed at the main door of Warren Hall. Each card will allow the purchase of two tickets only.
Buying tickets ahead of arrival is a convenience our guests find helpful, but is not required. Please note that it does NOT allow admission ahead of others. To ensure a spot in line, guests should arrive before noon when numbered cards will be distributed.
Book Sellers with a completed California BOE Resale Certificate on file will be given a numbered wristband to expedite checkout.
Beginning at 4:15 PM, admission tickets will be sold for $25/person. Entry will be through the main door only, promptly at 5:00 PM.
